balsa-1.2.4 approaching

Hi,

I have just created a branch BALSA_1_2_x based basically on 1.2.3 + 
some extra easy to identify fixes (including mutt security fix). Those 
who use CVS, please give it a try. (if you use anoncvs, give the mirror 
time to update). If there are some easy patches to backport from the 
main trunk, please, let me or any other developer know.

I would like to release 1.2.4 within few days, if possible.
