Choosing apps for opening attachments

Hi,

Balsa is using file:
/usr/share/mime-info/mc.keys (I suppose).
So it is a "little" confusing if using nautilus or gnomecc 
(file-types-capplet)
In place of this we should use:
/usr/share/mime-info/gnome-vfs.keys
/usr/share/mime-info/gnome-vfs.mime
and:
$HOME/.gnome/user.keys
$HOME/.gnome/user.mime

Or make an option if balsa should use gmc rules or gnome/nautilus.
Now, the only way is to edit it by hand. For me it's ok, but other users 
feel it rather not-intuitive.
