[BUG] balsa freeze upon reply to koi8-r encoded mail

Hi!

I think I found a reproducible way to freeze balsa:

* get a mail with koi8-r encoding ("Content-Type: text/plain; 
charset=koi8-r"). Balsa will emit a message like "balsa_get_font_by_charset: 
using fontset" when reading this mail on my system;

* hit "reply" to answer to this mail. It is possible to enter text as usual. 
The reply will again be koi8-r encoded;

* after entering some text, choose "reflow body" from the menu -- and balsa 
hangs without an error message.

My system is a LinuxPPC 2000 box with glibc 2.1.3, gtk+ 1.2.8, gnome 1.2.13, 
and a rather recent balsa cvs version.

Can anyone reproduce this problem? Any idea about the reason?
