I Made It

Well, I got Balsa 1.3.5 installed at last. I searched the Web and at 
Thorsten Thielen's site found the tip to just create links from the 
libcrypto and libssl I had to the ones that Balsa wanted. I still got 
the error message from the RPM, but I forced it and Balsa seems to be 
working fine.
