[PATCH/RFC] add font selection, highlighting to print

Hi!

I just committed a patch to bugzilla which enables user-selectable fonts and
sizes as well as color-highlighting of cited text in balsa's printout (see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=82000).

My questions are:

* Do you think that this patch is useful at all? I think it might especially
help people from non-latin[12..] environments to find a suitable font for
printing Russian, Japanese, Korean, ... chars (Courier/Helvetica don't
contain these glyphs);

* The highlighting feature is useable only with color printers. Useful
feature?

* My main concern is the new print dialog. I must admit that it is an evil
hack, moving widgets from one container to an other. However, this should be
safe also with gnome/gtk 2.0 (I looked into the code...). IMHO, the
alternatives to the main notebook do not look really good (printer
preferences don't belong to the main prefs window [which is already
crowded], the print dialog should not grow too big, and a button to open
just an other window is no easy to handle for the user).

Opinions?

Cheers, Albrecht.
