Configure fails with pspell

Hi

I just downloaded balsa 2.0.2
i saw that it required pspell so i downloaded aspell from the site mentioned.

I installed aspell and the librarys seem to be in place

"ldconfig -v | grep spell
	libpspell.so.15 -> libpspell.so.15.0.1
	libaspell.so.15 -> libaspell.so.15.0.1
	libaspell-common-0.50.2.so -> libaspell-common-0.50.2.so"


but when i run balsas configure script it says.

"checking for new_pspell_manager in -lpspell... no
configure: error: *** libpspell(-devel) not found.  Please check
http://www.balsa.net for information on the required files."
What am i missing?
