FWIW: my libgpgme.la differs only in that it was `Generated by ltmain.
sh - GNU libtool 1.4.2a', (not 1.4.3) and refers to libgpgme.so.6.3.5 
(not 6.3.6)--and mine builds fine (on RH8).
