Oh, in the *compose* window--*that* grippy!

Yes, it would work a whole lot better if the headers were in a scrolled 
window--but iirc it's not easy to size a scrolled window just large 
enough not to pop up the scrollbars, which I think you'd want as the 
initial sizing.
