I see that fleetingly--just yesterday, the same as you, the mailbox 
list wasn't updating until I brushed the pointer over it--no click, 
just enter and leave!  A few weeks ago, I had something similar with 
the mailbox index: if I changed the sort column to `#', the column 
widths would change, but the display didn't update until I brushed each 
row with the pointer--row-by-row.

Can't reproduce either of those today ;-(
