ANNOUNCE: balsa-2.0.8 released

Hello,

Balsa team would like to officially announce balsa-2.0.8 release. This 
is a GNOME2 port of balsa and recommended upgrade for less than perfect 
2.0.8 release.

The major changes since the last release include:

o infinite loops that could occur in message threading fixed.
o linking against aspell finally tested (#105763).
o Mailbox panel can be resized again (#105871).
o Imap user names can contain special characters (#105605)

Linking against OpenSSL library is explicitely allowed (README,INSTALL).
