Hi!

Unfortunately, balsa-2.0.10 doesn't seem to include the
Maildir folder scanning patch. If I try this:

mkdir ~/mail/Maildir ; cd ~/mail/Maildir
mkdir cur new tmp
mkdir Nested ; cd Nested
mkdir cur new tmp

mkdir ~/mail/MH ; cd ~/mail/MH
touch .mh_sequences
mkdir Nested ; cd Nested
touch .mh_sequences

Maildir, MH and MH/Nested appear in balsa's tree view
but Maildir/Nested is missing.
