ANNOUNCE: balsa-1.4.4 released

Hello,

Balsa team would like to officially announce balsa-1.4.4 release 
available at http://balsa.gnome.org/
balsa-1.4.4 is based on GNOME1 libraries and is not actively maintained 
any more - but is released since some annoying bugs have been fixed - 
thanks to Carlos Morgado and Leif Harcke.

The major changes in balsa-1.4.4 since the last release include:

- correctly built help files.
- correctly located balsa.desktop file.
- imap configuration crash fixed.
