1. You have to regenerate your src/Makefile - src/Makefile.am has no - 
DGNOME_DISABLE_DEPRECATED defined any longer.

The background is that GnomeFontPicker has been deprecated in GNOME2.6.  
We should in a long term find a replacement but the short term solution  
is to enable the deprecated interface.
