Remove duplicates

Hi,

today I updated Balsa to  2.2.2-1 (the package from unstable).  
Previously, there used to be an item "Remove duplicates" in the  
mailbox-menu. This seems to have gone. Is there any way to get this  
feature back (other than downgrading, that is). I find it quite useful:  
just had Balsa crashing on me again, and after I finally got it to  
restart cleanly, especially in folders with heavy traffic (mailing  
lists) duplicates have accumulated in such a number that removing them  
manually is a major inconvenience.
