Re: Backporting a fix for the .desktop menu file

Hello all,

I have successfully applied the patch in bug #142769 to the balsa-2.0  
branch.  A "make balsa.desktop" seems to create the file correctly, but it  
would require an update to all of the translation files.  Since "balsa. 
desktop" is a standalone file in the stable branch, would it be okay to  
just take a built version from HEAD and put it in CVS stable in order to  
fix the glitches?
