2.1.91 Discussion Points

As a sequel to the "2.1.3 Discussion Points" thread, I'd like to discuss
2.1.91.

1.  I think the new attachment interface is good.  I think adding an icon
to the left of the MIME type would make it great.  If you want stupendous,
then make sure the icon is a proper GNOME icon -- instead of always using
a generic MIME type icon, generate the proper thumbnail for an image,
video or anything else supported by GNOME's thumbnailer system.

2.  Balsa 2.1.91 won't open my IMAP mailboxes anymore.  2.1.90 did.  Balsa
now displays "Shown mailbox: flyn.org with 134 messages, 2 new," but
nothing is displayed in the message pane.

3.  The size of balsa's three main interface panes are not saved when
using the alternate layout mode.  The size of the panes seem to be saved
just fine when using the standard layout mode.

4.  I was interested to see if any progress was made regarding displaying
external references in HTML mail messages (ie: using a prompt to tell the
user that it is dangerous).  However, since I balsa is having trouble with
my IMAP folders I was not able to get this far.  Is there anything new
regarding this in 2.1.91?

5.  Balsa consistently crashes when updating mail server settings.  See
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=147309.
