three small questions

1. i have somehow lost my top menu bar (File, Message, etc). probably a 
mis-click or something. how can i resurrect it?

2. where is it defined which browser to launch when clicking URLs? i 
know its gnome-related, but i cant find the option in any of gnome's 
own config tools. this is gnome2 i've got installed.

3. whenever i click "new message", the new message composition window 
that pops up has my From: name highlighted. This effectively erases any 
previous selection i had. It's a minor nuisance, but one I run into a 
dozen times a day.
