Hello!

Sorry for my late answer. Here was very busy.

I tried with bootstrap.sh, as you mentioned. But this was available in 
the cvs-balsa2.2.
bootstrap.sh was ok, but the configure not. This was the error message:

configure: configuring in libmutt
configure: running /bin/sh ./configure 
--prefix=/home/users/mydir/balsa-2.0  '--with-ssl' '--enable-threads' 
'--enable-more-warnings' '--prefix=/home/users/mydir/balsa-2.0'

./configure: ./configure: No such file or directory
configure: error: /bin/sh ./configure failed for libmutt
