Content-Type information removed from mailing list messages.

Greetings,

I've noticed that the last message which I had sent the mailing list had  
a Content-Type of "text/plain; charset=us-ascii; DelSp=Yes;  
Format=Flowed" but the message sent from the list had had the last two  
options removed.

I don't know where the stripping is taking place, but I thought that I  
would mention it.
