more command-line options

Hi!
Through recent time balsa improved a lot: "balsa --help" now shows,
that it's possible to open a mailbox by URI (and it works!).
Now is it possible to open an exact message in an exact mailbox? It
would be nice for integration with mail-notification, which I use.
