"Unicode" is not a valid IANA registered charset name. It should
probably be "utf-8". See

list. If you want to get more info, save the part to a file and run it
through the validator at <http://validator.w3.org/>.
So the HTML body is broken (not a surprise, if you look at the creator ;-), and cannot be displayed properly. You may be able to open it in Firefox (in the fault-tolerant "Quirks" mode), though, but GtkHtml doesn't usually.
