I was about to write "yes, absolutely!" but I have just discovered that  
there is one more problem. Argh. GMIME sends the response in an  
unexpected order and I see this interferes with balsa. The fix is  
fortunately simple... Stay tuned.

[*] I believe gmime version matters here, too. gmime 2.2.17, 2.2.18,  
2.2.19, 2.2.20 have bugs that affect balsa in different ways.
