IMAP handling is weak

	Hi!
as I observed, reading a changing IMAP folder crashes balsa. E.g.:
	 FLAGS (\Seen))
	* 160 EXISTS
	* 0 RECENT
	* 158 FETCH (FLAGS (\Seen))
	* 159 FETCH (FLAGS (\Seen))
	* 160 FETCH (FLAGS (\Seen))
	d OK FETCH completed
	**
ERROR:mailbox_imap.c:3118:lbmi_compare_func: assertion failed: (seqnob <= mimap->sort_ranks->len)

IMO, it's time for balsa to behave in more mature ways. I.e. handle such non-trivial situation like changing IMAP folders etc. Am I right?
