It may be easiest to manually edit the vcf file. I have actually
forgotten how I originally made mine, but I think a distribution list
is just a single entry with multiple email addresses. As I remember,
the format is pretty obvious once you actually look at it. You could
also create a list with just two addresses to confirm the format, and
then do the rest in your favorite text editor.
