Hi All! Balsa uses GtkBuilder to make the menubars in its various windows, and has always provided the required XML info in files installed in (for example) /usr/local/share/balsa/ui/. GResource[0] provides "a convenient and efficient alternative to this which has some nice properties", essentially by including the file contents as binary blobs in the Balsa executable. Balsa's git master branch has been changed to use GResource, so future releases will no longer create that ui/ directory. The change should be transparent; please report any issues--thanks!
