[Banshee-List] Wiki Spam

Hi,

I've started to write some documentaion in the Wiki. Recently I noticed
that the wiki is being spammed.
Some days ago it was just in Talk:Main_Page but today the Main_Page was
overwritten with spam.
I reverted to the last version so the content is restored.

Problems with spam have the tendency to get worse so we really need to
protect against it.

After reading http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Anti-spam_Features I think
we should start with "Proxy blocking" and the SpamBlacklist extension.

Also delete the Users: DedMoroz6, Ciklon22
