[Banshee-List] Organising of files in library - lack of feature?

Banshee is not organizing  files automatically in the library folder.

When importing files to library, if the file containing proper ID3 
information  banshee copies the file into the library folder an store 
them e.g.
Artist/Album/#.[track name].ogg. That's ok.

But ,if the importing files do not containing  ID3 information, or some 
of the information is missing and there is a need to alter the ID3 tags 
of files already imported and stored in the library folder  the files 
are not moved/renamed.

Am I missing some option in configuration or is that a simple lack of 
feature? Because if the latter, in my opinion this feature should get 
high priority.
