[Banshee-List] Banshee Branched for 0.12.x

I have just branched Banshee for the 0.12.x series. This means trunk is
now open for new features and more radical changes. What is now trunk
will become the 0.13.x development series, similar to what 0.11.x had
been. 

Of course, 0.13.x releases will continue to be as stable as possible
during the cycle.

The 0.11.x cycle lasted approximately seven months. 0.11.0 was released
on September 19, 2006, after 2-3 months of major changes in trunk. A lot
of really exciting work happened since the start of the 0.11.x series
and I expect no less to come from the 0.13.x series.

The 0.12.x branch is located in /svn/banshee/branches/banshee/0.12.x in
GNOME Subversion.

For those tracking the stable (0.12.x) branch, and particularly for
translators, you can switch your checkout from trunk to stable by
running "svn switch" inside the top of your existing trunk checkout:

svn switch svn
+ssh://username svn gnome org/svn/banshee/branches/banshee/0.12.x

No new code will be committed to the stable branch except for major bug
fixes.
