[Banshee-List] BPM Recognition

This is not really a bug or a problem but I find someone should look at the
BPM Plugin and maybe tweak the algorithm a little, cause the way it works
now it's not really usable.
As an example it recognized an Anti-Flag song as having 46 BPM however when
I checked it and tapped the tempo it was more like 200 BPM
