Reason:  Trow is here (in Boston) and so we must celebrate.

Date:  Wed, July 28th because I believe he's kicking out at the end of
the week.

Location:  Flat Top's seems like the place to go, and since I don't go
there except for these events it's new to me.  ;-)  Ok, for real next
time we need plan this with more than 24 hours so we can poll and try
to find someplace else for more of 'the spice of life'.

Time:  There is food at Flattop's, but eating elsewhere is encouraged.
I'm thinking of hitting a nice Indian restaurant in Central, people are
welcome to join (and give ideas for restaurants).  I'll plan to be there
around 8 or so, I hope that's good for everyone else.
