Hi,

templates has been implemented.

Please pay attention to the new menu that will appear when creating a new 
issue or a new merge request on the upper left hand corner of the UI.

If you want to introduce changes, please consider sending a MR to the files on:
* https://gitlab.com/BuildStream/buildstream/tree/master/.gitlab/
issue_templates
* https://gitlab.com/BuildStream/buildstream/tree/master/.gitlab/
merge_request_templates

for the default template please send the proposal through this mailing list 
since it is configured in a project config. console.
