Hi Tristan, Mathieu,

Thanks for confirming that `setup.py test` isn't offering much that
vanilla `pytest` won't.

My main motivation is to minimize the number of ways we are supporting
for doing the same thing.

Great, I will make sure to update the documentation accordingly, and
enhance it in places where it's lacking currently.
