cheese on ubuntu 8.04

Hi all, I have two little problems with cheese 2.21 on ubuntu 8.04:

- if I take a photo the photo doesn't appear in the bar (even if I can 
find it in the user's home directory).

- If a record a movie when I stop it after few seconds cheese seems to 
be frozen. I've said seems because it continue to record until I don't 
kill it. When I reopen cheese I can find the video recorded on the bar.

Do you think I have to open a bug?
