compiling Cheese 3.13.1: configure: error: Package requirements (gtk+-3.0 >= 3.11.6

Hi!

I tried to compile Cheese 3.13.1 on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS amd64.

When I run ./configure I get the following error:

configure: error: Package requirements (gtk+-3.0 >= 3.11.6
[...]
Requested 'gtk+-3.0 >= 3.11.6' but version of GTK+ is 3.10.8
[...]

libgtk-3-0 3.10.8 is the newest available for Ubuntu.

Does anyone know what is the latest version of Cheese that can be
compiled on Ubuntu 14.04 (besides Cheese 3.10.2 provided by Ubuntu
maintainers)?
