When on windows, path has accents or spaces, NPlot is not found and chronojump
does not work. Check if it happens on linux. Temporary solution is to put
chronojump directory on C:\ (as example)
problems on windows with accents on generating html in report. Also this
doesn't allow images and css to be used. Put a latin code pragma?. Check on
linux
problems on windows with accents on opening csv with calc apps. Check on linux
