Wed Nov 15 01:15:30 2006 Tim Janik <timj gtk org> * bsequantizer.cc: use dtoi32 for quantisation effects, which gives round-to-nearest, i.e.
{-1.5 -> -1 <- -0.5}, {-0.5 -> 0 <- +0.5} and {+0.5 -> +1 <- +1.5}.
