* Fixed bug #383810, text selection events not always announced
* Fixed focus layer bug where events from unfocused controls 
came through as being from the focus; testing against last known 
focused control now, not just states
* Fixed CaretEvent bug where caret offset was incorrect when 
fired as part of a response to a focus event
