	* authors.xml
	* stylesheets/authors.dtd
	* stylesheets/authors_docbook.xsl
	* stylesheets/authors_text.xsl: added a more sophisticated way
	of handling authors and contributors. Used the stylesheets and
	DTD from gimp and customized it. There we have a stylesheet now
	which produces the text version of AUTHORS and a DocBook/XML
	compliant sect1. Nothing is replaced so far and built
	automatically. The output needs still some preparations.
