Log:
	* gazpacho/uimanager.py (GazpachoUIM.update_ui): we have to remove the
	old widget from the project before setting the new widget. Otherwise
	the Gadget get disconected from the old_widget and the project can not
	remove it anymore.

	* tests/test_uim.py: updated a test to exercise the previous change.
