* Tomboy/Addins/Tasks/TaskListWindow.cs: Make the note icon smaller
  (8px).  Added code to open the origin note (exposed in the
  right-click menu).
* Tomboy/Addins/Tasks/TasksUIManagerLayout.xml: Add an "Open Origin
  Note" menu item in the context menu.
