* jhbuild/commands/base.py, jhbuild/modtypes/autotools.py,
jhbuild/defaults.jhbuildrc: added support for make distcheck
(config/makedistcheck) and added command-line parameters to
activate make dist (-d) and make distcheck (--distcheck), for build
and buildone commands. (closes: #407503)
