	* TODO.tasks: Icons bounty added.

	* libanjuta/anjuta-plugin-manager.[ch]: Implemented remember plugin
	choise selection.
	
	* libanjuta/anjuta-profile-manager.[ch]: Implemented profile scoping
	and descoping.

	* configure.in, src/anjuta.c, plugins/project-manager/plugin.[ch],
	plugins/Makefile.am, (removed) plugins/profile-default/*,
	plugins/project-manager/anjuta-project-manager.plugin.in,
	plugins/project-manager/anjuta-project-manager.ui: Use the new plugins
	profile implementation to load user profile and projects. Store and
	restore remembered plugins. Use profile scoping and descoping for
	saving and loading sesstions.
	
	* libanjuta/anjuta-plugin-handle.c, libanjuta/anjuta-plugin-manager.c,
	libanjuta/anjuta-shell.c, libanjuta/anjuta-preferences.c,
