        * glom/utility_widgets/imageglom.cc: get_value(): 
        Initialize the Gda::Value to binary, though that might not be necessary.
        * glom/libglom/connectionpool.cc: create_database():
        Check that the Gda operation was created.
        * glom/libglom/data_structure/field.cc: Field::sql():
        Escape the binary data string so it has two \ characters instead of one. 
        Add an E prefix to avoid the warning about extended syntax.
        This corrects loading images to fields from files, and should make exporting 
        and save-as-example work.
