Log:
Applied patch from Matthias Schneider improving the following :
- dont drop the first frame when doing fallback
- get the POutputDevices for statistics via
GetConnection/GetMediaStream/GetVideoOutputDevice
- fixes redraw issue on win32 and DX
- reorganizes different video views ( no more zoom=-1.0)
- fixed double counting of frames when falling back to GDK
