        * libgthumb/comments.c: (save_comment_iptc):
        Removed calls to iptc_data_set_version and
        iptc_data_set_encoding_utf8 when saving comments, because they
        cause Picasa to not recognize the IPTC data, and the data
        they store is not widely used, apparently. Bug 438716. Patch
        by David Moore.
