Mark Telepathy build as unsupported in configure.

	* configure.ac:
	- Disable telepathy support by default (instead of auto).
	- Put up a warning about unsupported build when building with
	  Telepathy and notify the user that Telepathy-gossip was forked into
	  Empathy.
