	* plugins/rb-python-module.c: (rb_python_module_load_with_gil),
	(rb_python_module_new_object), (rb_python_module_class_init):
	Ensure we hold the GIL when loading and instantiating python plugins.
	Else we die when enabling a plugin after startup.
