* buildbot/master.cfg, jhbuild/config.py, jhbuild/defaults.jhbuildrc:
new jhbuildbot_svn_commits_box for build master to give the path to
a Maildir box with messages from svn-commits-list; also removed
unrelated explanations from buildbot master.cfg.
