* index.shtml:
Mention Bugzilla in the Read and Participate section (#440147).
Remove reference to evolution-patches gnome org, since that list
is mostly dormant now.
* bugs.shtml:
Mention Subversion Trunk instead of CVS Head. This page could
use more work, especially in the "How to Report Bugs" section.
* images/32/bug.png: New bug icon.
