[gimp] Set the tree view's "show-expanders" to FALSE

    Set the tree view's "show-expanders" to FALSE
    
    Don't waste the expander space in all GimpContainerTreeViews. We can
    later set it to TRUE in individual subclasses which actually display a
    tree and not only a list.
